1. The CourtKicks service

CourtKicks is an independent basketball and sneaker-discovery platform. It may provide information about players, games, footwear, product availability, prices, and links to third-party retailers or marketplaces. Features may change as the platform develops.

2. Independent platform

CourtKicks is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the NBA, its teams, players, footwear brands, retailers, or marketplaces unless a specific relationship is expressly stated. Names, logos, trademarks, and product images belong to their respective owners.

3. Product information and external purchases

Prices, sizes, availability, release information, and product details may come from third parties and can change without notice. We work to provide useful information but do not guarantee that it is complete, current, or error-free.

CourtKicks does not sell footwear or process purchases. Transactions occur directly with the selected retailer or marketplace and are governed by that third party’s terms, privacy policy, shipping practices, return policy, authentication process, and customer service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse CourtKicks, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy the service in violation of applicable law, impersonate another person, or use the service for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

5. Accounts and notifications

If account features become available, you are responsible for accurate information and for protecting your login credentials. Product and game notifications are informational and may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. You may manage notification permissions through the service or your device.

6. Intellectual property

The CourtKicks name, original branding, site design, software, and original content are owned by CourtKicks or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant permission to reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit them.

7. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CourtKicks is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, guaranteed product availability, successful purchases, authenticity determinations, or any particular result from using the service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CourtKicks and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service or a third-party transaction. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these terms. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
